Our Accessibility Standard: Call Center Options, LLC d/b/a Internet Security Consultants (a Florida limited liability company) (“Company”, “we”, “us”) is dedicated to digital equality and universal access. As an engineering firm specializing in forensic accessibility audits and code-level remediation, we hold our own web applications to the highest standards. We build our own pages to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and test them regularly with automated and manual checks. If you find a barrier, please tell us.

Our software development lifecycle incorporates automated accessibility gates, manual keyboard traversals, and screen-reader testing. Specific architectural measures include:

Bypass Blocks (Skip Links): An accessible skip link is the first focusable element on every page, allowing users of assistive technology to bypass navigation landmarks directly to the primary page content.
Keyboard Navigation & Visible Focus: All website components—including technical intake forms, interactive pricing calculators, cookie consent controls, and modal dialogues—are operable via standard keyboard controls without keyboard traps. High-contrast focus outlines (2px solid #2563EB) are maintained across all interactive elements.
Semantic Hierarchy & ARIA Landmarks: Markup strictly follows semantic HTML5 rules (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <section>, <footer>). Interactive controls leverage appropriate ARIA attributes (role="region", role="dialog", aria-live, aria-label, aria-expanded).
Color Contrast Ratios: Visual typography and UI control boundaries strictly meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds (minimum 4.5:1 for standard body text and 3:1 for large headings and interactive form controls).
Assistive Technology Interoperability: Pages are audited against leading screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, and Apple VoiceOver) across desktop and mobile browsers.
Prior-Consent Script Isolation: We operate under a strict zero-pre-consent tracking policy. No external tracking scripts, heavy marketing pixels, or third-party behavioral libraries load prior to affirmative user opt-in, so no tracking script interferes with accessibility trees.

2. Continuous Remediation Protocol

We check our pages with automated axe-core scans and manual browser and keyboard reviews, including before each release. Identified issues are tracked as high-priority engineering defects and remediated within our continuous deployment pipeline.
